This is an overview of one of the cornerstones of my Psychotherapy and Emotional Energy Transformation practice. You probably won’t learn how to actually transform emotional pain and suffering just by reading this! Until you are guided through the steps, and discover the inner experience, it will just be words on a piece of paper.

But when you learn to fully feel and allow emotions to move– while not getting lost in them– you will discover an inner anchor that is always there to support you, no matter the storm.

As you let the energy move, with awareness that you are not it, you uncover information, insight, and compassion that has been hiding from you in plain sight. This allows you to heal deeply, to claim your power, to re-pattern your nervous system, to overcome trauma permanently, and to stop coping.
